Looking for a graphics artist

I've got a couple of low resolution images that I would like to enlarge to make decals for my front doors and my tailgate. The images are jpg but when I enlarge them they lose a lot of detail so I'm looking for someone who is a whiz at manipulating images who can convert my low-res jpg images into decent vector images or some other format that can be enlarged. I downloaded the images from the internet but I cannot remember where I got them, and have been unable to find them again - here's what they look like:

I am not a graphic artist. But I do know my old graphic artist would use adobe illustrator to convert.jpg into vector art ( .ai or .eps), you want vector art.

That's what I'm looking for - someone who can do the conversion. I don't want to buy a software package and go through the learning curve to become proficient with it, for a one-time use - I'd rather pay someone a reasonable fee for their expertise!

You could always run it through AI and see what you get.
AI needs to learn to not fly into the deployed canopies.

images saved as joegs lose quality every time they are shared. Best to save images as png files at 300 dpi to ensure high resolution across multiple platorms

best to have adobe photoshop on your device to ensure saving images high def
