My .02$ is either the Falken Wildpeak A/T4W 285/75/R17, or the Falken Wildpeak A/T4W 35x11.5 R17. And of the two just go 35". The 285's are 34" and you'll want 35"s eventually.

35's fit the trucks very well. With a Rubi the fender space is nice and you already have 4.10's. You might feel a little under geared but honestly once you get used to it you probably wouldn't notice.
Yeah, either the Mickey T Baja Boss AT in 255/85R17 (35x10 R17) or Falken Wildpeak AT4W in 35x11.5 R17.
Both are a fantastic option and fit stock Rubicons with no lift needed (Post 380 - 382).

Same boat as OP, I'm Rubicon 6MT. I had the Falken MTs on my 2022, dropped them after 2K miles, not suited for me. After decades of BFG AT's I gave Mickey Thompson Baja Legend EXPs a try at stock size. Put 24k miles on them and was very happy, slightly less agressive tread pattern than Baja Boss.

When I got my 2024, I didn't even take receipt of it with the Falken MTs. This time I went up slightly to 295s / 34 inch. Didn't notice any performance impact on the 6MT compared to the 285s / 33 inch. Plus they are still narrow enough to stay in the wheel well without tire poke which was important to me.

I have Toyo 35x11.5 all terrain tires on my JT. I took off mud terrain tires because they were noisy and rode rough. I've been super happy with the Toyo and will replace with the same when the time comes. The change from 285 to 35 is minimal on a Rubicon model. I haven't even adjusted the speedo. Best thing is that the Toyos weigh nearly the same as the mud terrains I took off and fit on the factory wheels.

The Toyos have worked well for me in Moab, Colorado, and the smoky Mountains.

These tires(brand new) IN 33'S were on my slightly used 2020 Gladiator Rubi when Purchased and I am impressed, I intend replacing them with same in 35's as soon as I wear 'em out. Good choice!

I just swapped out the Firestone M/T for some Terra Grapplers G3. I went from stock size to 285/75/R17 on stock wheels. Added 1.5 level in front and .75 in rear. Much better ride, and look and I got rid of the noise!

My next set will be MT Baja boss AT's however I have had really long wear with Kenda Klever Rough terrain. ( Hybrid Terrain) they are 10pky which makes me run 26-27 psi cold but they have wore extremely even and I already got 24k on them and they look like they will go at least another 24 to 30k they are super tough on rock. And climb very well and do good in snow. Worst thing is on any cool morning they have a flat spot feeling which comes out of them after about 1 mile after that they do fine rest of the day even after setting for hours and hours
