Taken with a grain of salt, my dealer told me to expect D1 to last a month (starting 1/8). I've no idea what delays might crop up after that. I keep telling myself that I'm in no hurry, but in truth, the anticipation is a huge distraction. But kinda in a good way.
Absolutely. I told my wife last night, "Well, Honey. As of next week my Jeep is supposed to be built!" Her response was an eye roll

Looks like I'm number four of nine. I ordered my manual rubicon with an 8.4 screen on 12/23. Jeep chat says I just moved into D1 status on 1/28. Reading these posts I'm a little nervous now.

Here's some encouragement: I ordered on 1/2, was at D1 on 1/8 and got word yesterday (1/31) that my truck is built! Dealer tells me to expect ~16 days for delivery to AZ. I don't have confirmation that it has made it through JB status (bedliner), but even if so, I am very pleasantly surprised it's this far along.

You ordered a week after I did and yours is already built while mine sits in a computer line up. They are definitely holding some units back for some reason. Did you order a manual tranny?

If those users having build delays would post their build options in their signature it might become clear what is being held back and what is zipping through. The 2k discount on sport and overland may be a clue - too many of those on the lot - buyers might opt to buy off the lot rather than wait for a build that is dragging on for apparently months. If my Rubicon build is an example it really shouldn’t take more than 4-6 weeks for a build from order to pick up.

Yes, see my signature below for all options ordered (you could do the same so others can compare.)

And I make 3 of those, just on this thread. I find it very hard to believe that only six other 6-speeds are on order across North America. I know the local dealer just got one in and I see two new ones showed up 100 miles away in the past month.

(I ordered during the holiday, so essentially 1/2/20. Mine is currently in D1 status and according to chat, "All of the materials needed to start the build process have been received.")

I'm another manual...Ordered on 1/13, my dealer texted me a few days later saying my estimated shipping date is 2/4. Jeep chat has given me various answers...a week ago they told me it was being built, then Wednesday they said all parts were collected and should start being built any day, on Friday they told me it was in paint?!?!:CWL:

Keep checking for your build sheet and window sticker. Those are supposed to come available when the truck is done being built. My build sheet came available Friday, but not the Window Sticker, yet.
