Texted sales manager today to cancel order, within 5 minutes I get a call and text with a pic of a form I guess from jeep saying railroad car out of service- bad order,really all this time and now you a a paper and he says they can't tell him when train fixed or if jeep is damaged,did he just pull that out of his a,, form had my von and VIN on it no Wonder we don't trust them, I need to think of my next move

If you don't have a sticker, I'd cancel the order and go to a different dealership. Don't let them tell you that the deposit is nonrefundable. My sticker was sent before it shipped.

As I said before reply to @DTDHI ! He replied here asking for your VIN. He will give you what he knows without the BS. We cant help you out if you dont take our advice!

(A) Cancelled
(B) Found another dealer
(C) Lapsed into a stream of profanity that would make a Mexican prison guard weep openly

There is no shortage of JT out there go find you one.

I'd never wait that long and would have just reordered somewhere else or bought off the lot.

I had an order in for over 90 days when the order just disappeared from the system. Corporate and the dealer could not find it and offered me a close match to my order that had just arrived or they could push an expedited order through. I ended up taking the one that had just come in.

That is exactly what they wanted you to do, take one from their stock orders

But I want what I want, a Manuel,I could maybe change some other things which I have but not my MT

Build what you want on the Jeep website and then search inventory.

MT I'm sure complicates things, and there may legitimately be a problem getting the transmissions to build the truck, regardless your dealer is doing a piss poor job of supporting you now, so how are they going to support you AFTER the sale?

I thank all of ya for the support and thoughts,even you Troybuilt, sorry bout your tire,so anyway Alex jeep cares just got back to and says dealer is not bull... that the train is broke so I'm gonna gamble and give it the 2 week window,my dealer says he'll make it right we'll see
