I went to America's Tire (Discount Tire) and they had spline lug nuts in stock that have been working good.

I was worried about cheap products and the finish falling off after being torqued down but they're holding up well.

These seem to be the best rated on Amazon but the delivery time would have made me miss my tire appointment:

Went ahead and ordered the Gorilla lug nuts from @Northridge4x4. They’ve been great to order from. I’ve gotten several things from them lately: bumper, tires, shocks. Planning to order more from them soon. Not affiliated at all, just a satisfied customer so far. I chatted with them on the phone one day which was also helpful.

Thanks. What is it that you like about them?
Gorilla chrome have held up over the last 3 years with no signs of wear or chrome fading, but I never use impact guns on any of my lug nuts, first due to the spline design and second due to the titanium lugs I have now. Archtype Racing is out of business now but other than the excessive lead time they did produce the size I needed for the wheels I purchased, and I was very grateful for that

Northridge is amazing. I order a ton of stuff from them and it's always a good experience. Had 1 order that had a problem but it ended up being a warehouse inventory issue, and they fixed it. Wasn't a big deal for me.. They answered the phone and solved the problem the next day.

I impact them off. lol, never on..

Start them by hand and then use my milwaukee ratchet which has a max output of 30 ft lbs, then torque to 100.

Each to his own I don't mind doing mine by hand just to prevent the marks any impact will make on lug nut. If you are torquing to 100 you're a little light since correct torque is 130 ft. lbs.

Is it 130 on the JT? Thanks for the correction, I'll remember that.

I have yet to remove wheels on the gladiator myself, tbh. I've only had it for a couple months at this point and I've been doing the lazy thing, paying shops to do the heavy stuff so I can get back out on the trails asap. lol

The JK was 90 from factory and I'd torque to 100.

I have McGard on my trailer and have had them on previous vehicles. No problems and good customer service. Reasonable price.

I like the black AEV lugnuts. They are high quality and clean looking.
How are they made? The OE are not a solid material. They are a two piece design. They do look solid in the pics.

Just ordered these. They are solid material. I have not installed
Black for the Gladiator, Chrome for the Wrangler.
Additional information This is their response to my questions:
Steel construction
One piece, no cap
Has a one year finish warranty
Black is a plating process

What material do you spec for these?

Are these solid not sleeved construction?

Do you have a warranty? Are they rust resistant?

I need a set of 20 black for a 2020 jeep gladiator and a set of 23 chrome for a 2020 jeep wrangler.

How is the black applied?

What are the order #'s price and delivery for each of the above?

When I bought my RockTrix wheels I just ordered their black spline lug nuts. They are nice and have held up for 2 years no problem and through 2 winters. I don't use an impact on them ever.
