You may want to post this is the tech section. There is a lot of tonneau info there. I saw the same one and was wondering the same thing.

Racks, Carriers, Toppers, Cargo, Tonneau, Bed Mods

Thanks for the heads up. Pretty new here and not sure how I would go about moving it. As an FYI I gave it a shot figuring its Amazon and they will essentially refund/return anything. Now I'm just waiting for it to arrive. Rather weird that label was printed and FedEx notified on the 15th, but there is no other tracking info.

Happening a lot lately, will probably show up in tracking tomorrow and arrive the next day

I have not. Still yet to be picked up by FedEx... A bit frustrating.
Would like to warn anyone that was thinking about this. I have cancelled this order and would NOT trust this seller on Amazon. I have been in contact with them several times regarding the label being printed (7/15) and the product still not picked up. I was told it was do to COVID.

The seller told me they had spoken to the FedEx manager. I called FedEx and was informed no one from the shipper had contacted them to arrange a pick-up, or at all regarding the tracking number provided. Order will now be cancelled (luckily Amazon is very good with this type of thing), and I would not recommend.

Guess that should have been expected when an something seemed too good to be true.

bookem,

did you receive the cover yet?
Additional update. The seller reached out to me directly, and explained the issue they were having with FedEx. I ended up giving them the benefit of the doubt (you know COVID), and the cover is scheduled to arrive today. Should be able to get it installed and provide initial feedback/photos later tonight.

Got the cover on last night. I would classify it under you get what you pay for. The material of the top itself does seem rather durable and like it will last. However the latching mechanism could definitely use some work. Also a bit more overhang than I would like on the rear corners.

Overall if they get their shipping issues figured out, it will serve its purpose.

Sorry it took a while to get this up here. Also th latch seems to be working much better (closes easier) after being secured shut for a few days. Have yet to encounter rain.

I have the gator bed cover in the soft roll up configuration, it’s nice only issue is the latch. It worked fine the first month and half now it unlatches on its own while driving. The Lyon bed cover posted on this thread looks to have a better latching system then my gator one.

Glad your latch is working better after some time. I'm not having the same luck. Mine has been installed for about a week and I still think the latching mechanism is crap. I have to physically push the left pin in to the recess for it to latch on that side, which isn't a big deal (and works) but is sad that the quality isn't a tad bit better. I agree that the quality is 'get what you pay for'. I also think that this is manufactured by the same company that does the Tyger Tri-Fold, and this is their roll-up option (Tyger=Tiger / Lyon=Lion, you can see the word play at hand).

I fixed the unsightly rear overhang on the corners by moving it as far forward on the bed as possible. it is snug near the cab, but the back of the bed where it meets the rear corners looks better. I'm still getting a good seal with closing the tailgate with it mounted this way. I've been through torrential rain in the last week and I've only noticed a trickle of water at the rear where it is getting between the seams of the tailgate and bed which could be fixed if you were inclined to install the provided weather stripping (which I didn't).
