Manual buttons/controls below Uconnect screen intermittently lose power - 2020 Gladiator

The manual buttons/controls for climate control, seat warmers, radio volume, etc. do not work periodically at engine start for up to 30 seconds. Further, if headlights are on, the buttons do not light up during this period as well. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any ideas on how best to troubleshoot?

Never noticed that issue with my 2020 JTR. There is usually a ~5-10sec delay immediately after startup before the AC fan kicks in, but that's all I've ever noticed.
