They claim this won't fit the diesel - any clue why? I'd guess it might relate to the exhaust being on the other side, and maybe larger diameter. If so, could do like you've done and shorten the pipe

nah, i believe it has to do with the DEF system and all the emission control items that are in that general area. If you look at the underside of a diesel vs gas you'll see a ton of extra stuff for the diesel.

i installed the rock krawler pro-x upgrade kit and have Clayton off road lowers. This eliminates the track bar and allows for full range of wheel travel. The pinion only moves about 1-2 deg during cycling. This is definitely a must for more wheel travel.
How much modification would be required for a diesel application or is it a hard no-go?
Would a delete accommodate it?
I also found a way to run 3.0 bypass shocks on the rear.... more to come of that later!
Oh now you have to post pics unless you plan to market it.

Fox 3.0 External Bypasses easily fit the JT, just need different offset spacers which cost about $80.

I am running into issues with the sway bar hitting the cooler, but I expected some challenges. I also but the 3.0 IBP's on the front, and this thing flys in the desert now.

I've been posting comments and updates on a few pages so after I get back from the baja 400 this weekend I hope to start a fresh thread on the whole development process. The Raptors are about an inch shoter when compared to the -076 2.5DSC's, and I'm not getting that last .75in of compression due to sway bar interference which I hope to resolve on the 9/23, so right now I'm pulling about 15.75in of rear travel vs 16.75 with the 2.5's. However, having a much larger shock piston AND tunable bypass I'm able to go a hell of a lot faster than before.

Can you bend the arms out a bit for clearance? I've had to do that in the past for clients with higher BS wheels.

The swaybar arms look like they'd be awful close to the reservoirs; I assume there's some clearance in there?

Yes and no, I have a few ideas of what to try and will report back on that. One side hits more when doing a big body roll, but most time things have just enough clearance. I'm also trying to set it up in a double shear mount vs current setup

The truck I had in here last used the the forged arms and I needed to delete the double sheer to increase the rate where I wanted it. It also had Toyo MT's with those chunky sidewalls and 5.65BS wheels so I had to make a 1/2" hubcentric wheel spacer to get what I needed.

quick update, I had to go with a thicker bar now that the arms are 21in vs 15, and I had to go with the straight forged arms and it is all working very well. I unfortunately am not in double shear like I'd like to be, but for now it's working very well.

I'm headed to Salton Sea tomorrow and will be testing and tuning some more, I'm also pulling a 5k lbs trailer so I'll have good feedback there too.

Pulled a 5700 lbs trailer to the Salton Sea and back over the weekend. With my custom springs everything rode nice. The Black Series rides nice to begin with, but it is very heavy for its size, and my tongue weight ended up bring aroun 570lbs + 315 lbs in the truck bed.

I have a seperate post on the custom springs I designed and will be launching a kickstarter in a week for those interested.

The sway bar set up I have now works great, and I did some additional high speed testing (30+ miles with various high and low speed terrain) and everything is checking out fantasticly!
