Max Tow Tires and Drop In Bedliner

Was it a max tow package with those tires?

My Sport S is non max tow so 3.73 gears. I actually have it on 37s now and honestly, there is very little difference between it and our JL Rubicon on 37s . The picture is it stock height on the 315s
