Monday I was in the area and popped by Maximus-3 and saw the basically finished version of the Overland Rack. I was really excited seeing it in person, it’s exactly what Everyone is hoping it will be. It’s honestly bad ass and will be worth the wait. For respect for Maximus-3 I didn’t take any pictures. I didn’t want to steal any of their thunder when the did officially release it. They mentioned 2 weeks on availability. I might just have to drive over locally and “pick one up”. My wife is literally going to castrate me, lol.

They said it was different, with tighter Mandrel bend more accurately line up with the hard top roof line.

let s see if they hold true to another "announcement" tease date so my calc is 5th of Aug "ish" for release based on your two week to announcement indication......maximus should have something by then as it is nearly 9 months from the start of this thread, and still no release of the rack.......

But seriously, it looks good. Digging the choice of tent too. Is that their new Mt St Helens? I've been running my CVT Mt Shasta Extended Summit Series for several years now and have been considering moving to the hard tent market. This one is up there on the short list.
