Anyone here got the scoop on Maxxis AT’s? Anyone tried them? Any good? How many miles can you get out of them?
The size I’m looking at is 295/70/17. I’m looking at them because of the diameter. I’m on the hunt for a Proper 33” tire. Not 33.5 or 32.5, I could go with 33.3 or 32.7 or .9. Yes I’m being picky but why not?

You ask why not.

Why not is that you severely narrow your choices by insisting on an oddball size. For the sake of a few millimeters .

Why a "proper" 33?? What is magical about 33 vs 33 or 32.7?

I'm half busting your balls because you remind me of my marginally OCD daughter. ha.

Yes. General Grabber X3 in 285/70-17. They are universally liked.

Or a set of Falken Wildpeak AT take offs for pennies on the dollar. Its not worth ignoring options like this for the sake of 0.3 inches.

Or look at any of the other 100 "what tire should I get" treads. Just dont limit yourself to that oddball size.
