If you are sticking with stock wheels the Toyo ATIII are a good choice if you want to go bigger as well. They are available in a 35/11.5 which is a better width for DD on a 7.5 wide rim. Additionally they are pretty light and a load range C like the stock tires. SO far the toyo is a great tire but slightly louder than the BFGs I've run.
I've had KO2s on a few vehicles are really like those as well.
