May be a stupid question, bottom button on headlight dial.

Ok I’m probably gonna feel stupid, but my headlight dial on the front of the dial has two buttons on it.

the top is obvi the fog lights
I can’t for the life of me figure out what the one on the bottom does. The pic is of a light angled down. I push it and an amber indicator light comes on near the dial of the tachometer but literally nothing comes on in or out of the vehicle.

what is this supposed to be doing?

Don't know about your part of the State, but around Indy the sales reps could answer any question about Dodge trucks. "Jeeps, don't they go offroad?"
