Meet and Greet - Discussion

So there is quiet an active member base from MD/VA and PA OR anyone willing to make the commute, up here in the forum. I also know a lot of us are super busy with work and life and don't necessarily have all day for a trail ride and what not. So place in MD would be most central for all in the region.

So looking for input and recommendations for a Saturday or Sunday to meet up at a brewery or restaurant where we can do a meet and greet. We used to do this with my Chevy Colorado Forum on like a quarterly basis.

Dates: Feb 1 or 2, 8th, 15 or 16
Mar 1 or 2, 8 or 9, 15 or 16

Venue: Open for recommendations
Time: Noon'ish to 3pm - flexible

Let me know what yall think; I will bump this thread weekly to keep it fresh and on the radar.

Just an idea, but there is a smaller cars and coffee that happens the 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month in Old Ellicott City. During summer time, there will be around 30 to 40 cars. During winter a lot of the classics stay home. Think it would be cool to support this with a group of winter time jeeps?Just a short walk from the parking lot is Manor Hill Tavern, where they open at 10am for brunch / lunch on the weekend. Manor Hill is a farm brewery near Centenial Lake and this is their bar / tavern. The manor hill farm is pretty cool too, but would need to see if they have a food truck for what every day this happens. I'm in Lancaster County PA.....I'm always looking for cars & coffee events and/or local events.

My husband has an BMW M4. So, for those events that are farther away....we take the M4. But for events that are within 20-30 miles, we take BOTH!! I gotta get my JT time in....

So, theoretically...I could be there, just not in the JT. It's not uncommon for us to drive 1 hour for that kind of event (cars & coffee, etc).

There's soooo many events (I belong to WAY too many jeep & car FB forums). It's so difficult finding a good show that's worth going to. We've been to a few duds....

Yeah that's a bit of a haul. Depending on the interest we can shift in about any direction

Air Force but I am stationed at Fort Meade mixing it up with these goobers. Wife and I will try to make it, I will know more for certain closer to the date. Her work schedule is hectic right before wedding season picks up.

Yeah I retired out of Meade. I was in ARCYBER, but working with USCC and other entities. Now I support JFHQ-DoDIN and USCC

Oh rad, obligatory tyfys. I work over on the side of the base with USCC, we could work down the hall from each other. Due to my assignment code I will leave here this December then move on to my last assignment before I also retire, can't wait for that.

USAF does assignments weird man. I wont know until August.
