Is that a killerbody JT? I have an 1/24 jt, scx1/10 that I painted blue and is my main crawler and recently picked up a rlarrlo 1/7

Very nice. Yeah it is a killerbody JT on a scx10 iii frame. The killerbody is almost 1/11th scale and most 1/10th scale parts are a touch big. I had to run 3.85in tires.

Went to a crawl & shine jeep event today and they the scx10s with a small rc course. Talking with them, I thought, thats not so bad. $150 for a rc rock crawler. Then someone pulled out an scx24 gladiator in dark grey, and my wife thats us, I want the big 1. Holy smokes! $600 later, I now have a grey scx24 gladiator that matches our grey gladiator. Gotta add charger and battery, and she’s already looking at new bumpers, a winch, and bigger tires.i just ordered the thing an hour ago. Smoked 4 numbers off the CC and she’s fixing to smoke 6 more off.

Yep i am well over that in my build. I have another ill be starting and it will be a build from scratch again.

This is going to be a stupid question- where can I find these trucks? How do I get started in this hobby? I would love to make a matching RC gladiator.

You can buy the JT's in red or black. However, I'd suggest you find a local hobby shop and support them. They can point you to getting the correct batteries, chargers, accessories and any local clubs or crawling events.

Nice I was looking at that one time. Good to see real photos of it and seeing it mounted. I have a TRX4M I am about to finish up then on to my next 1/10th. Still need to figure out chassis and transmission first.

The whole family. The C10 is my girlfriends, the three Base Camps I got for the kids for Christmas, and the Bronco was on sale and we've been parting it out to fix the kids trucks, lol. It will become a project itself over time.

mine did not fit so well on the Axial SCX10 i. so i had to trim quite a bit but i got it to work.

I want to build a 1:10th scale, but its not super high on my priority list at the moment. I have too many hobbies, lol. It may be one of those things where I start piecing together a kit or something a little at a time since I like to tinker.

Yeah same here, had to cut the floor our and raise it to allow for a battery. Everything was is stuff in there. Even did reefs 800is winch lol.

I have three 24s that I build from ground up. I hate store bought configuration.
