Misfire on all cylinders except one

I hooked up JScan and got multiple misfires on all cylinders except cylinder 6. 1 and 3 had the most but 6 had zero. Is this normal?

Yeah, that is about normal, especially on a cold start. Unless the CEL throws a code, I would not dwell on it.

Like what kind of counts per cylinder? Usually low double digits at start is not a big thing but if after warm up it is ticking off missfire counts steadily, then there may be an issue.

Jeep has remapped the PCM's more than a few times since launch to factor in larger margins of in use misfires to not pop the CEL.

If you got a shudder and a misfire count climbing, I would take it in to have looked at.
