I love the black! I feel like I never see Gladiators in black.
Thanks that was the queens specs black with cold weather group. I couldn’t complain with that request.

I did. Used Metal Cloak and cut them down a little and re threaded.

Pick a brand and roll....jks, synergy, whatever. They work awesome on our trucks.

Are there any that are Mojave specific? Don’t want to do any cutting on them. ?

Its not about mojave specific vs not, it was about the length of the metal cloak to accommodate their extremely long down travel shocks. I didnt realize that at the time i bought them so i just cut them down a little amd rethreaded.

You shouldnt have to do that on a jks/terraflex/whatever just pick the kit appropriate for your lift kit

Ok, was just wondering since the Mojave has a 1 inch lift over the Rubicon stock. I have seen ones that say 0-2 inch lift. Guess that would be the one for a stock Mojave?

thanks for the info Kurt. One more question for ya (so far), is there a specific leveling kit for the Mojave? I don’t necessarily want to lift mine right now but I would like it level. Thanks.

I struggle with this question. From my eye, the stock Mojave was pretty much level, but the fenders are deceptive. If you want true level, then i guess measure your front and rear most rock rail ends, and add spacer accordingly; just remember 1” off center is your absolute hard limit for the stock shock.

Went wheelin’. Scratched up a rim because my dumb ass didnt install the rock rings yet. Gonna fix that!

Truck did AWESOME. First trip since lift was done. So happy with how it came out and how it performed. The faster we drove rhe better it did, and it did fine over the rocks.

@ACE Engineering sliders are robust and saved the side of the truck. Super happy with them.

-Hellwig rear sway bar presented no issues flexing. Im so far happy with it set furthest out.

-the Timbren active off road stops are AMAZING. Passenger in my jeep even commented “are you running hydro bumps front and rear? It bottoms out real smooth”

They work EXACTLY as advertised and feel eerily similar to a hydro stop.

I would love to have stiffer sway bars, I have done this in the past. so much better road handling but i'm torn on my mojave for it will reduce its flex for offroading. What's your take on how much flex you lost and how that may impact offroad performance?
I will gladly let you know once we finish the lift, re-gear and get the fenders modified as we have a flex display stand to test out vehicles on. Then we will go off road with it regularly

What is the part number you used for the sway bar? Would it work with the AEV 2" Mojave lift?
I used the Hellwig non-lifted swayer for the gladiator and plan to use it with a set of swayer links from Teraflex when I lift it.

The part number is #7779

So this happened today....

I traded in my 2020 JT Overland for a new 2021 JT Mojave. Both are the same color: Sting Gray.

When I bought the Overland a little over a year ago the Mojave was not yet available. While we really enjoyed the Overland, the beaches and dirt here in North Carolina screamed for a Mojave. So, I finally bit the bullet. The Mojave has all the same features the Overland had, plus a few more. The really good news: 6% below Invoice, I got about the same $ on the trade of my Overland that I originally paid for it (!), plus 0% APR for 3 years through FCA. I was actually quite surprised the dealer went for this deal.

Next stop - the Outer Banks of NC!!
