Actually a donut without a hole is a bismark... just saying ??A donut without a hole is a Danish.
I'm glad I was able to entertain you, now you get out there and polish the dealership stickers on your Jeep, champ."I cut a hole in my truck, now I have issues, please help"
lol, good read

Only with filling my friend, only with filling.Actually a donut without a hole is a bismark... just saying ??
Never assume an engineer is smarter than a tampon. I would put faith and trust into the pioneer thinking men on this board long before I would a corporate engineer, and so should you.I'm not saying that your modification was right or wrong, but much time has been expended by the engineers of Jeep with regard to cooling and venting of the engine bay. There is a reason why the engineers designed the different hoods and the effort you put in modification to this system seems to have landed you in a position you did not want to be in. Since you're not leaning toward placing it back as the engineers intended, maybe a snorkel system would help you out? It will definetly alter the airflow.
Get with the times, man! Everyone knows the engineers designed that different hood entirely for the insertion of Chinese made LEDs and to frustrate Mojave owners when they find out that new super cool accessory won't fit because of the cowl.I was shattered after discovering the hood scoop is fake, compounding the hurt from learning *after* purchase that my '22 model cannot support a turbo.
It's been almost a year now and this reminds me that maybe eventually someone can find a way to push my money into undoing the visual deception of my otherwise capable/functional jeep. I still prefer not leaning into the hood scoop LED bling, enough shame on there already, no need to illluminate it.
Just one opinion but the engineers who decided to put a second little battery underneath the fuse box lost a lot of my respect for planning. There is room for 2 batteries on top, one should assume that every 3 years there will be a replacement needed. With that they decided to burry one battery???? Not good planning. Maybe they are perfect in all other areas or maybe not.I'm not saying that your modification was right or wrong, but much time has been expended by the engineers of Jeep with regard to cooling and venting of the engine bay.
