They are designed/engineered for different uses.. several Utubes have the Mojave being 90% capable of all the Rubicon does. The Mojave suspension is designed for a entirely different use and ride on highway & at speed on washboard dirt roads and trails is better than the Rubi..
I went with the Mojave as I "hate rock crawling" and have not found any Rubi to ride as good.

Off road fast- Mojave
Off road slow (rocks)- Rubicon
On road soft and floaty - Rubicon
On planted, firm, but not rough - Mojave
Want the diesel? - Rubicon

To be honest, the best thing to do is drive them back to back if you can and decide for yourself which you personally prefer.

It depends... Better ride and handling are subjective. On-road and washboards I think the Mojave is way ahead of the rubicon. In slower rocky terrain I think the Rubicon is better equipped to handle that terrain.

If you're deciding which to purchase then ask yourself if you're going to lift it. If the answer is yes get a rubicon or sport s max tow.

Rubicon. Mojave is more stiff
Not if you hit a washboard road, where the Rubicon will rattle the teeth out of your head, but the Mojave will float over it effortlessly at high speed. The JT Mojave is much better on pavement than my JLURD was – softer ride, better steering, etc.

This narrative needs to die. There are 2-3.5” lifts specifically for the Mojave that retain stock shocks and ride.

I’m biased but unless you’re going rock crawling the Mojave in stock form is the best driving Gladiator on the road for all other circumstances. Dirt roads are 60mph and comfortable.

Get what you want and are going to Use.
What are the Offroad characteristics do you want?
I went with the Overland because I wanted a nice (better inside) convertible Truck and turned it into a Overcon.

I think he meant due to the front locker, lower crawl ratio, and factory disconnect. Of course, all can be added to a Mojave, if you so desire. If there were Mojaves around when I got my Rubicon, I don't know which I'd have picked. It was just coming to market then though. I'm happy with my Rubicon, but I'm sure I'd say the same in a Mojave.

I fixed it. I was only responding to the part about lifting it.

And the fact that it doesn't even need a lift or spacers if you just want to run 35s.
Neither does. I have no spacers on my Rubicon on 35s. No Rub. Many people do. 37s is where it gets sketchy in a Rubicon, without a spacer lift, but some make it work. 35s fit a Rubi with 0 rub and 0 issues.
