I like the idea of the Mopar CAI, but only due to the larger opening of the air box cover and intake tube. I'm not a fan of 'high flow' air filters, so I would still use the stock paper filter. Also, having a Mojave, the additional hood opening is not applicable.

So, does anyone have the part numbers for these individual parts from the kit?:
- Air box cover
- Air intake tube

I'm assuming there are part numbers molded into the parts somewhere.

EDIT: On the QTec web site they have a good picture showing the bottom of the air intake tube, and it has 77072433AB molded into it. Unfortunately, this is the part number for the entire CAI kit.

I have been down this road before. If they do not itemize out in the parts list with part number, they intend it to be a all or nothing affair.

yep. I got the whole kit. Only used the airbox cover, filter, and tube. Anyone wants the remaining parts they are available.

That's kind of what I thought. I just can't bring myself to spend $350 on the kit and only use the 2 parts.

but those 2 parts are the biggest part of the kit. Even if you bought them separate you aren't going to save much. BTW, the mopar filter is a dry filter and better than the oem paper filter imo.

Well, they might be the biggest parts of the kit, but the panel filter list/sell is $120/$100 and I'm sure the other parts aren't cheap to make & sell either. So, if I could get the parts I want for $200-$250, then I could probably talk myself into it.

As far as the dry filter in the kit, it's just not something I want to get involved with.

I think the filter is the only part of the kit that is available separately. The whole kit is the box lid, air tube, hood vent, and filter. The vent and filter could be sold to recoup some of the cost.
