You have a great build going on there. I just spent a good bit of time reading over all the posts. I really like what you did inside the bed with all that organized storage. I'm partial to the Blue Mojave myself.

Thank you much. Your truck looks great. Just curious, what gears are you running with those 40's?

Did you notice any sag when you put the winch on? I am adding a winch to mine and am trying to figure out if a spacer is needed.
I actually did measure sag before and after, it was barely noticeable. Roughly 2 or 3cm. I'm sure Over time more will occur as the suspension breaks in. there were very few miles on the clock before I added the winch and bumper. Plus I added the Diamondback and stuff in the bed shortly after so it basically balanced everything out. No visual change in rake at all

I'm running 5.13 gears which works out prefect. Originally I lost 7th and 8th gear on the 40's before the re-gear. Now I have plenty of pepp and all my gears back. I also tow a 4400lb travel trailer and it does well with that also.

Daily Driving MPG average with 40's and 5.13's is about 12-13MPG.

Today I finally got around to installing my GMRS radio. Went with a Midland MXT275. I saw a post on here where someone put a rj45 jack in front of the shifter for theirs and it looked really clean, so I went the same route with mine. Tapped power from the factory 12v outlet I removed for the redarc break controller. All in all it turned out great and works well.

Decided to go with a Bulletpoint mount. Mainly wanted something to hold my tablet for OnX Maps but got the phone holder too. Figure it can hold the phone and take video if I need it to. Quality is great, worth the $$ in my opinion

Removed the Mojave decals and added some custom ones from Adventure Life decals, pretty much dead on match to the factory font and colors. I like it, wife says its lame. Will leave it like this for a couple weeks and see how I feel. Worst case I'll go back to a Mojave Decal or just nothing

Decided to save myself some labor cost ($800ish) and install my AEV 2" Spacer lift myself. All in all a pretty easy / straight forward job. I think it took me about 4 or 5 hours over the span of two evenings (did the back one night, the front the next. If you decide to do this kit yourself, you do NOT need to loosen the control arm and track bar bolts like the directions say, it saved me a bunch of time and was still able to get the axles plenty low to get the springs in and out. Need to be very careful when lowering the axles as you will very quickly run out of slack in the brake lines, I rested the axles on Jack stands to make sure I didnt stretch them too bad. Measuring before and after, pretty much exactly 2in difference. Im sure it will settle a little. All in all im happy with it. Next up is tires, LCA's, Steering Stabilizer

Kit:

Picked up a set of KC Flex Era 3's (Bought KC's 392/Mojave ditch light /A pillar kit). I got them with the Combo beam pattern lens. I have to say, they throw a LOT of light and light up the periphery really well. They seem super high quality and I really like the unique shape. A++ would buy again

Man, what a great build. Can you share what brand color paint you used for the orange on the grill?

I grabbed the closest color to the factory orange accents I could at Lowes and it worked out. Just happened to be Krylon Fusion Satin Terracotta

It's not an exact match but it's close enough to not be noticable. I used it to paint my shackles and things too
