So I finished all the upgrades mentioned in the first post. The final upgrade was installing the leather interior. I completed this over the weekend.
This is the fourth vehicle I have done this upgrade to. The front seats were the easiest of them all. The rear seats were a bit of a pain in some aspects, but overall not horrible.
I did not get pics of the rear seats yet. But here is the front:
