Like this line jutting out over the lake

I say random, but if I’m local it points back to my house

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a fix?

My dealer says contact Sirius - but I no longer subscribe

I’ve never seen this on the Jeep but all the time on our Sonar Graphs on the boat.

Your navigation - for some reason - is trying to navigate you to home.
The navigation type is set to ’Straight Line’ navigation.

Click around in your nav and see if you can’t ‘stop the navigating’ and poke around in the settings to see if you can change the navigation type.

Have you tried navigating somewhere else - as a test?
I thought…if you navigate somewhere else, it’ll get rid of the previous navigation route and be reset (per say).

I’m curios why ’straight line’ is even an option…. Kinda the Nav is in GPS mode versus road mapping. 🤷‍♀️

Yes...I had the exact same problem back in 2021, shortly after buying my Gladiator. The dealership was very good about it. They worked with Jeep HQ to try to determine a solution, but they were unable to correct it. Jeep authorized a complete replacement of the radio unit under warranty. Three years and 50K miles later, it continues to work fine.
The white line on my original unit appeared after using the navigation to take me through the mountains from Virginia into West Virginia. The white line is a "line of position" (LOP) that went to the POI I chose in West Virginia. After the trip, the LOP remained on the screen, and if I zoomed out on the map, you could see that it always went back to the POI in West Virginia. Jeep couldn't explain it, and at the time, had never seen it before. Jeep and the dealership (Safford CJDF in Springfield VA) both treated me well.

Thanks Jandy! Great ideas

i didn’t see a way to change the nav type

I’ve never used factory nav before. I added and followed a route and it did not help

it offered to route me home which I accepted and that didn’t help either.

I’m going to try to delete my home address next. And I’ll crack open the operator’s manual
