I'm needing to mount my phone on the driver side grab handle, A) who makes a mount. And I need the phone holder to be a magsafe charging phone holder. But B) how are those powered? I don't want to run a cable to the USB port on the dash. Is there a better option to have hidden wires to power the charger?

Tree farmer now. Retired first responder.
I use the RAM dash mount. Has room for seperate driver and passenger phones and a small tablet in-between. We have used it since our JT was new and it has been flawless. But the wires are still there. Exposed.

There is always a custom set up, and you can hide the wires behind your dash. Pop off the grab handle and pillar cover and go to town with it.

Good luck. I hope that you find what you are looking for.

A couple of different options here...

CMM Offroad has a few different choices for mounts. Available in 1" or 20mm depending what size ball mount you are looking to integrate with.
i second cmm. i have the 1nch ball in both pull handles, along with their mirrors, 1" ball in the grab handle, and one in the freedom panel RH side.

i use the ram XL mount. The grab handle mount is perfect for my wife on long trips to watch her phone. sometimes she uses the freedom panel mount and reclines the seat.

i personally use the grab handle when alone bc i dont like my field of vision with the phone mounts on my apillar, but it worked flawless with the doors off, on fire service roads, it held firm.
