Need contraption for back half hardtop lifting / holding

I tried carrying it myself and I just couldn't do it. I do have back issues as well, but I think its more because I'm old

Don't try to span it, open the back window and carry it from the middle

I'm short so spanning isn't an option. I always thought the hard top was fairly light, but I work out a lot
