Need help choosing tires

I'm kinda stuck right now. Finally I had settled on some Ridge Grapplers (37x12.5x17) but as it turns out, they're no where to be found. Backorder time line can be 15 weeks from now. So back to the drawing board. Took me a little while to decide on Toyo Open Country R/T. Wouldn't you know it, they're also backordered 3 months out. So, I'm looking for suggestions for similar tires. Something that looks more aggressive than A/T and yet drives and handle more like A/T than M/T. Also, I'd like to get some good tread wear on them. Currently running Duratrac 33s on my 4runner. Too bad they don't make them in 37s as I really do like them.

Thanks. I like the way they look but was concern about tread life. If there was a good deal on them I might give it a go. But currently they are hard to get as well and pricing is around $1300 for a set of 4.

I bought a set of 4 for $220 a tire from America’s tire as I had them price match Northridge 4x4.

You me and myself have the same problem. Cant find anything I want. Everything is just all screwed up. Im looking for toyo at3 35x11.5 17s. Nope.

Apparently the price went up. It was a little over 1k a couple of weeks ago for a set of 4 at northridge4x4. Now it's over 1300. Supply and demand? I should have jumped on it then. Had no idea it would so difficult to get some tires.

I checked my local America’s tire last week to get a matching spare 37x12.5r17 Nitto Ridge Grapplers. They said they have some in stock in Vegas and will take 2-3 days to deliver. That same day, I went to Discount tire direct and they said it’s on back order. Perhaps they source differently?

Holy hell I dont feel bad about my patagonias at 244 a tire that I paid from northridge a few months back. That 336 each now however I would of definitely gotten a different tire. The STT PRO's were almost on my truck anyway, but if the price was that close they for sure would of been.

Thanks. They seem pretty legit with the ratings. Even so, I'm a bit leery of ordering tires from ebay. It would be difficult to deal with if was unlucky and get a bad set. Was tempted seeing that they have Ridge Grapplers, but with 13.50 wide E load only.

I called up America's tire today and they said they can get me a set of Toyo R/T in a week but I'd have to pay an extra $10/tire. I think that's the route I'll be taking.

Yep. Same issue I had several weeks back. Was putting my build on hold. Was lucky enough to get my #2 Cooper STTs.
