Need some advice on LED headlights OEM

Keep what I have, and buy more toys, or by the OEM headlights?

My 23 Gladiator Rubicon has the Oracle bi-led. I got them for 200 bucks and it was worth every penny. I was on the hunt for OEM, but they were on back order and used ones were just as much. The jeep dealer around the corner has a brand new kit in stock. 900 out the door. I am satisfied with my current set up, but still really one of these. Would you guys jump on it, or should I be happy with what I have? I suppose the only thing that I would consider is the diode dynamic elite headlight instead. Here’s a photo of the exact headlight in the kit and a photo of the way my JEEP stands as of now. And the headlight part number, I am referring to.

The oracles are pretty nice. The OEMs I've heard are much better, however, I would recommend using that $900 for something else.

I installed the OEM led headlights on mine. They are really good and don't look cheesy like the majority of the aftermarket lights. If you ever decide to trade the truck in, the OEM should be easy to remove and sell.

So here’s the deal on the oem’s. They have spill designed in.

What does this mean…?
Well, obviously, I haven’t spent the money to buy all the aftermarket lights out there, but they seem consistent with what we would do years ago and buy Hella housings and H-4 bulbs. They would have such a definitive horizon line drawn across the top of the pattern, if you went down the hill and we’re coming back up at night, it would be pitch black and you couldn’t see anything. With OEM’s, you get just enough light above the horizon that escapes above that line to where you can see obviously not in the brightness of the hotspot but still you can see and it’s a lot less claustrophobic.

So good headlights versus toys. The headlights are not cheap but you will enjoy it and it’s easier on your eyes whenever you drive at night. Toys? What else would you have to look forward to at the end of every month or every quarter treating your vehicle a little something special?

Mine came with the LED's, I have seen the other major replacements in use and I feel the OEM's have a better look and light pattern.

It's your money, you do you. But I did vote for the OEM LED's.

How are the oracles while driving in the snow? My OEMs kept caking up with snow the first time I drove through a storm. Had to keep pulling over to clear them... Very poor design for an OEM headlight. Something to keep in mind, especially since you're in Buffalo.

You are in New York- for the sake of snow- buy a Heated LED light… JW speaker for the win.
Or buy the heated ones and mail to me ;) I’ll mail you my factory led lights!
