Need some guidance with a used lift for sale

I have a chance to get a partial Skyjacker 4.5" lift with 10k miles on it. Below circled is what is available.

I'm having trouble finding the rest if the items. Sway bar links for this size lift I see only for smaller lifts. Bump stops also seem to be difficult for this size.

This kit normally sells for $1,284 new. Asking price for what is available is negotiable.
