You were good with the color of the 2024 Mojave seats?Seems like the best solution is add a set of Mohave front seats to the list of build for the 2020.
I am torn still but building the sport seems like my answer
Thanks again. Knowing about the Mohave only seats helped me a lot here.
Always could look at 23s some crazy deals out there !! You wouldn’t get the 24 seats though.Assume 25k trade on a 2020 sport s with all the tech/safety packages. 55k miles. Assume 65k on the rubi X. That is where I got 40k out of pocket.
As people always say—it is a personal choice. Being a new Jeep owner, I got a Mojave because it had stock most of the things I wanted. Rear locker for sand, decent lift, bigger tires, suspension and leather, plus other stuff.I was at the dealer and was able to drive a 2024 mojave x. I am now torn. My plan had been to regear and add lockers to my 2020 sport. (I know I need lockers )
The seats in the X seem much improved over the cloth seats (the seats in the 2020 have been an issue for the wife since day one)
The full time 4wd option seems great.
It would be a 40k spend for new. (Ouch) rubicon x
Build up the 2020 sport would be about 15k
Lockers front/rear, shocks plus 2.5 lift and regear
So for 25k is it worth
Hid lights
Disconnected sway bar
Comfy leather seats
0 miles v the 2020 is just about out of warranty
Armor for trans and front skid plate
Full time 4wd
Thoughts?
Using them? A winch helps too.Full lockers help a lot. I see it with friends on the trails.
Armor underneath is already sufficient. If you add rock rails that should help you with any rocks that you might find. Or side steps like bestop.Armor might be less of a need but would add some peace of mind when rolling thru murky stuff
If they do offer them, they’ll be a small fortune…by her a nice set of Recaro’s!I wondered about that for my wife's JLU - driver only
Booger Green…passThat green is kinda cool for the seats. I liked it
Have you seen it in person in the various lighting conditions - sun, shade, and so on? It varies and is almost gray in some light. Still like split pea baby food at other times..Booger Green…pass
