What brand is that and do you know who makes it?
It's walmart brand, the manufacture changes from time to time depending on whoever is the lowest bidder during the contract period.

Do some google sleuthing and you will see a quite a few discussions on walmart batteries and who makes them. The manufacturer changes from time to time, I believe the current mfr is Korean based. The point is there are very few actual lead battery based manufacturers in the world and what we see in stores are just rebrands and house brands of the same battery coming from a dozen or so actual manufacturers. Walmart has a performance spec the manufacturer has to hold to at the price point they bid.

Walmarts performance baseline for manufacturing their product seems to do well for my use cases.

Right about only being a few makers. That’s why I was asking if the maker was known.

I have 5 Deka marine batteries coming up on 5 years old. All still working great. Makes me want to buy East Penn made batteries.

It can be also regional sometimes what maker of batteries Walmart can have in a given store.
