Tighten it. Looks loose
Well then you have found the source of blinker fluid. That device has 0 lubrication in it. You must be leaking from someplace else. Take it apart and see whats wrong with it.It’s definitely oil, it’s a slow leak and it’s dripping onto my garage floor.
Yeah, I plan to take it the dealer this week. I'll report back what they find. Seems like the leak is coming from elsewhere and draining down on the inside of the hold down cushion.
I got 1 can tell you that’s not a rear shock, that’s a body mount, bed mount technically. There is no fluid in that area, nor is there ANY fluid at that point in the vehicle. This is almost guaranteed to be just liquid mud from driving licking up and holding in the body mountCan anyone tell me what this is leaking in front of the rear shocks? 2500 miles.

I know it isn't the rear shock, I said it was in front of it as a point of reference.I got 1 can tell you that’s not a rear shock, that’s a body mount, bed mount technically. Yeah, months ago, maybe a year ago, a member had a similar situation and it was the hydraulic or fluid-filled body mount leaking. There is such a thing as fluid filled body mounts. Have not dived into whether this is the case on JL/JT's but this would not surprise me and what we are seeing is a leaking body mount.
