New guy

Sold out everything in WV three years ago to move to Florida for various reasons. 3 4x4 trucks, trailer, old project car,(almost done) and a 3 car garage full of tools and equipment.Taking a while to find new interests to fill my time. Just bought a new truck. 22 High Altitude. Not doing mud or rocks anymore, only time 4x will be engaged is on the beach.
More luxury and bells and whistles then I ever had in a truck
Participated in other auto forums. Will have many questions to post as I learn. Have a lot of mechanical experience to share, but most vehicle knowledge is on the things that have become obsolete in todays world. Carbs, point ignition etc. Limited in the tech that is on trucks today. Got a lot to learn.
Can’t figure out why it keeps posting double pics. (Sorry)

funny story about the buy. Wife and I were sitting on our porch. Someone in the neighborhood has a rag top Mustang GT. It drove by and she said she wanted a convertible. I said I wanted a pickup. Then she said, nobody makes a convertible pickup. that's when i got a big grin.
dealer didn't have any on lot, she picked one hard top and I said I liked this one better.

You can replace the freedom panels with a BestTop Sunrunner top. You get the best of both worlds. The hard top and the convertible that closes and latches much easier than having to remove and replace the hard panels every time you go anywhere and worry about rain whilst you're doing things (grocery shopping, etc.). I have one and it's in from mid-late spring to around Halloween. Winter time, it's the freedom panels.

Go out for a drive and open it up like a convertible. Get to my destination and simply pull it over and latch it and all's good.
