With 3900 miles on a 2021 it's practically new and why are we even having this conversation. Tell the little woman you're going with the 2021 and that's final.

Hopefully she has a sense of humor and you have a comfortable couch.
Honestly I was thinking the same thing........but I don't like to dapple in peoples relationships.

For me the wife said I could modify the JLUR anymore, so I ordered my JTM.......got what I wanted and I can do what I want to it LOL. No shit, 3 minutes ago shes said......"why is there a big pile of dried up mud in the garage?" I told here it was from working on it yesterday.......she replied......Dumb LOL

Well I pay the mortgage, both Jeep notes, insurance and maintenance .......so I can pretty much do what I want LOL

Happy hubby......mildly sane life

My wife doesn’t give a damn what I do to my Jeep so long as I leave her Land Rover alone.

When I met my wife I was always wrenching and modifying shit............it was the set up for married life...she knew that's who I was and I've made a nice side hustle out of it to pay for my hobby.

Well, the consensus was Used, which was the way I was leaning.

So yesterday I made the 4 hour ride to Newport News to test drive and inspect over the used one.

It's mine now. Pick it up Tuesday because they need to clean up some small chips on the lower grille and one door. Crappy dealer pictures for now.

So, I ran across what I believe is a really good deal on a 2021 Rubicon in Snazzberry. It's pretty well loaded with both safety groups, leather, cold weather group, LED Group, tow package, color matched hard top, bed liner, roll up tonneau and the Alpine premium audio. It's a CPO with the 84 month/100000 mile Mopar extended warranty and it has 3900 miles on it. Listed at $49270.

My other choice is a 2023 Rubicon, Hydro Blue that only has the cold weather group and the tow package and is $50513 which includes $6000 all available incentives.

My wife really likes both Snazzberry and the Blue but really likes the Blue better. It's going to be the primary vehicle for us. She is unreceptive to any other colors.

If it was just my decision, I would be on the CPO like white on rice, momma is worried about the 2021 being a used vehicle.

What y'all think?
Ok so I'm a used dealer so i might be shooting myself in the foot here but I'd buy the new one. But because I love the Blue ?Have ax21 Ram Dually and a Jt diesel in that color) But with that said I would tell you the same thing I tell my customers ! It's always easier to ask for forgiveness then permission!!! Buy the one you Love and hope for the best ????

Look at the fine print on the dealer discounts. Some of it is probably for financing or trade-in, which you might not have so you won't get the discount. Freight is probably also part of the "discount", which they then add back in at the end so it is actually no discount at all. And pay attention to the "documentation fee" and other fees they tack on. Some are ridiculously high. There is so much bait and switch where they give a little here and take a lot somewhere else. Make your deal on the out-the-door price with all costs, fees, discounts, taxes, etc. included. And make sure they stick to that deal vs "my manager made a mistake, it's actually $1K higher".

For the 2023, look at the most recent order guide (posted here somewhere) and build the vehicle in a spreadsheet (or on paper) based on the window sticker to get the invoice price. If it was ordered a while ago, you might need to use an older order guide. The MSRP should be same as the sticker's.

EDIT: Nevermind. I see you already chose and bought the used one. Looks nice. Love the color.
