1) These look really nice, look like quality pieces.

2) At that price though folks can get any number of full-size rails that have a step at the same height.

Everyone who has made one of these steps ends up hitting around the same price point. I’m guessing there isn’t a way to produce them stateside and be any cheaper.

Looks good! Do they just hang on the rock rails, or is there some sort of fastener?

Let's kick things off with a brand new product to the Jeep market. We started making the IAG EZ-Steps for the Bronco market in 2021 and they've proven to be one of our most popular products. As soon as they were released we had Wrangler and Gladiator owners calling and asking for a similar solution for their Jeeps. We're happy to announce that we have now begun offering these steps for the Jeep market.

What is an IAG EZ-Step?

Getting in and out of the 2020+ Jeep Gladiator or 2018+ Jeep Wrangler JL/JLU can be a challenge, especially if the vehicle has been lifted. If you, or your passengers, could use an extra step up, the IAG EZ-Step Add-On is the perfect solution. The patent pending IAG EZ-Step is engineered to fit your Jeep’s OEM rock rails, providing a smoother entry and exit. Best of all, the sturdy foothold eliminates the need to step on the painted door sills, protecting them from scuffs, scratches, and wear. The steps are easily removable for more serious off-road adventures.

Your Choice of Accent Color

Built tough with TIG-welded, high-strength mandrel-bent tubing, 3/16” thick steel brackets, and a ⅛” thick aluminum foothold plate, the IAG EZ-Steps feature a black anti-skid powder-coated finish for lasting durability and added safety. Each EZ-Step comes with an eye-catching IAG logo plate—available in Red, Orange, Blue, Black, Raw Stainless, Neon Yellow, Teal, Pink, or White—allowing you to add a customized touch to compliment your Jeep’s exterior.

Made in the USA

Each IAG EZ-Step is made 100% in-house in our Maryland and Pennsylvania facilities by our hardworking staff of engineers, welders, and fabricators. Our support team is also 100% USA based in Maryland. Your purchase of IAG EZ-Steps supports American jobs.

I have gone with sliders, but had I not, these would be a great addition to my JT for my little lady. Removable steps would've been the only alternative due to offroad abuse potential of any step option. Great looking product!

do these just "slip" on and stay in place while wheeling?

They slip over the rock rail but have an additional bracket on the bottom that also bolts into place. For heavy-duty wheeling, we do recommend removing them, which is part of the reasoning behind making them easy to take on and off.
