I may have totally different usages, wants and needs for my Jeep than you do. Not to be "facetious", but who buys a new jeep, and takes off the stock tires and wheels, and spends 2 to 3 thousand to replace them, and spends another 2 k replacing the suspension and adding a lift kit, and on, and on. I have done none of those things. Different strokes for different folks.
same boat, everyone's jeep purpose is unique, thats why this market exists. i've been watching this thread but held on buying because i really want want a full length bolt on to the facotry rail that protects paint from road spray but is a lower price that white knuckle. white knuckle is awesome but I am not a rock crawler. if @IAG Off-Road does full length remotely less than white knuckle i'll pull the trigger fast.

Let's kick things off with a brand new product to the Jeep market. We started making the IAG EZ-Steps for the Bronco market in 2021 and they've proven to be one of our most popular products. As soon as they were released we had Wrangler and Gladiator owners calling and asking for a similar solution for their Jeeps. We're happy to announce that we have now begun offering these steps for the Jeep market.

What is an IAG EZ-Step?

Getting in and out of the 2020+ Jeep Gladiator or 2018+ Jeep Wrangler JL/JLU can be a challenge, especially if the vehicle has been lifted. If you, or your passengers, could use an extra step up, the IAG EZ-Step Add-On is the perfect solution. The patent pending IAG EZ-Step is engineered to fit your Jeep’s OEM rock rails, providing a smoother entry and exit. Best of all, the sturdy foothold eliminates the need to step on the painted door sills, protecting them from scuffs, scratches, and wear. The steps are easily removable for more serious off-road adventures.

Shop EZ-Step on IAGOFFROAD.COM:

IAG EZ-STEP ADD-ON (2 PAIR) FOR 2018+ JEEP WRANGLER JLU 4 DOOR / 2020+ JT GLADIATOR

IAG EZ-STEP ADD-ON (1 PAIR) FOR 2018+ JEEP WRANGLER JL 2 DOOR

Your Choice of Accent Color

Built tough with TIG-welded, high-strength mandrel-bent tubing, 3/16” thick steel brackets, and a ⅛” thick aluminum foothold plate, the IAG EZ-Steps feature a black anti-skid powder-coated finish for lasting durability and added safety. Each EZ-Step comes with an eye-catching IAG logo plate—available in Red, Orange, Blue, Black, Raw Stainless, Neon Yellow, Teal, Pink, or White—allowing you to add a customized touch to compliment your Jeep’s exterior.

I am intrested! But how well do these hold up to saltbelt winters? If I'm gonna spend $500 on a set they need to last me more then 2 winters. I will buy a set if they do my current steps that came with my jeep are more rust then not and discovered a few rot holes. I've had my jeep less then 2years now but aquired a set of stock rubi rails that I want to swap and add steps to.

Powder coating is not bullet proof, so if you make contact with rocks or large stones thrown off of the tires that break through the powder coating, those areas should be treated with a touch-up paint. However, during finishing, we use a precoat that is similar to zinc coating. With this pre-treatment, if you do get a chip in the powder coating, that individual spot may show some rust, but it will not immediately spread through the rest of the step like a lot of the less expensive steel steps out on the market.

Rustoleum Black Truck Bed Coating that you can get from any autoparts store in a rattle can is actually fairly close if you are just touching up small areas.

No current promos and the next one is likely to be 4th of July time frame. With that said, we ALWAYS offer 10% off military and first-responders if you fall into that category.

Follow up after having mine installed for a little over a month now. Not in the rust belt, and the hardware is already corroding and rusting on every step. Not pleased.

OK, these arrived earlier today. I unpacked them and they were well packaged.

They appear to be a high-quality materials the little badges look really good once inserted. I have pictures here with and without them.

The angled area has some kind of felt-ish layer which will help ensure you do not scratch your rock rails when using these. Very well done. I did NOT need to use the spacers. Had clearance without them.

They installed very easily and seemed very sturdy. Very impressed.

I only got the fronts installed so far and my wife was very appreciative when getting in the gladiator.

Will finish the rears tmrw.

Thanks!

I hope my wife likes them too. They look very low key, and taking advantage of the factory rails is huge. Great innovation.
Looking for something that helps me climb the side of my Datin Fabricators rack to unhook the ratchet straps for my paddle board. I step up on the tires and then need another step or two on the rack itself

I believe our team has you taken care of at this point. Thanks for bringing it to our attention. The mounting bolts are/should be stainless steel, but it's certainly possible we had an issue with our supplier. Once we receive yours back, we will do some analysis to make sure of no other issues for our customers!

Thank you. Yes I was going to follow up here to say that IAG stood behind their product and resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

Update x3 ???
The full-length versions are still in progress, but a few other projects have taken priority in the meantime. We only have so much manpower and so many hours in the day, so we don’t have an ETA just yet. That said, we haven’t forgotten about them, and we really appreciate everyone’s interest while we work to get these designed!

Stay tuned, and we’ll share updates as soon as we can!
