I’ll throw my $0.02 in here as well. I did the Mopar lift on my sport s max tow. It’s been almost a year now with it. When I put it on, Rock Krawler was the only other reputable manufacturer with a lift for these and I wasn’t able to spend $3k on the lift alone. And once I get the lift, I should be putting on wheels and tires at the same time huh. or it'll look kinda dumb.
For the money, the Mopar lift is great. I got it for $1200 from a Jeep dealer on eBay. After a year I’m at 2.5” of lift from stock. The only thing that would be good to add to it sooner than later is a front track bar. Clayton sells theirs for like $220.
If I was doing it now and money wasn’t an issue, I’d do the Clayton 2.5” kit with new shocks. If that’s too much cost, I’d still do the Mopar lift again, add a 1/2” front coil spacer and new trackbar, but I’d be doing 37’s instead of my 34’s. I liked the way it looked at first but I very quickly wished I would have gone 37’s.
