New valve body blew transmission

Hey all,
I had a check engine light come on in my 22 Rubi. Checked the code with my tazer and it was showing "tcm p2763-00" which is the torque converter clutch solenoid.
I took it in under warranty and they said the TCM was bad, so they replaced the valve body. After waiting a week to get it back, I go to pick it up and it is screaming when accelerating and they wouldn't let me take it home. They said they are going to have to put a whole new transmission in it now.

That's nuts .. but the TCM is built right into the valve body. There are o-rings and what not in there if they got one thing wrong when they stuck it back in there then they may have caused more damage. There is a guy from Weber auto academy or something like that and he has a few tore down do you can see the parts. The valve body comes with the TCM in it.

I also wonder if they did the TCM reprograming for the new TCM/Valve Body assembly? If it is like a Ford, each shift solenoid will have a unique ID performance value that has to be recorded and programed.

You absolutely ? % correct . A friend of mine did a DIY hemi swap and Had to get a new valve body and it had to be programmed. He is a Gear Head. I help rebuild an old 350turbo tranny with my brother .. We was in our mid 20's ...lol it still had some room for another friction plate and clutch pad so we stuck another one in it beyond what it called for. Think we used the best one out of the old pack along with all the new ones .. lol had a 350 straight bore 60 thousands over sized pistons and a 750 holley double pumper sitting on top it. ?
That sucker would do a burnout at 40 miles per hour after it dropped in second gear..lol
It was in a Chevy Monte Carlo. I owned it first then He bought it off me that car must have had 350000 miles on it ??? He even delivered pizza with in college fastest pizza delivery in WV it would literally roll the speedometer down till it was touching the Zero again..??
