Just got my 2020 back after 35 days in the shop. Transmission completely replaced under factory warranty at 53K miles for rough shifting into 4th gear and reverse. Waited 10 days for diagnosis, 12 for parts to arrive, and another 13 for them to get around to doing the work. Took a two-hour drive to check it out and it is like new. I'm pleased, other than all the waiting.
