Before I got my gladiator I was driving. A jlur running bfg ko2 35s on the stock wheels no lift. It snowed. I thought I just head up the beosore rd by bass lake. There were one set of tracks. I figured it was someone else in a Jeep. Well the snow kept getting deeper and deeper. Pretty soon my diff was cutting 3 inch grooves. And I was beginning to think that other “Jeep” had really tall tires. Anyway it got deep enough that I thought better turn around before I can’t so I did with carefull use of my lockers. And after some scary almost stuck moments I got headed down the road got about 50 yards down the road and here comes this razor on tracks. 🤣Yeah those tires are good in snow.

Just switched from KM3s to KO2s on my JKR. Surprised (but not really) how much quieter they are. Changed due to snow performance of the KO2 as it is my wife’s daily driver and she didn’t like the KM3s.

The newer BFGs are so much better than the old KMs that were OEM on the JKR. Those were brutal in the snow.

I'm running Ridge Grapplers, and offroad about 2x per month. I've had all different kinds of tires, and still want mud tires occasionally, but the Ridge Grapplers are the right choice for me (for now). As long as it's dry, ATs are almost just as good offroad. Ideally, I would have 2 sets of tires and wheels, and would switch for the situation. Given your specific list and stated objective, I would go in the following order: 1. Ridge Grappler, 2. KM3, 3. Trail Grappler, 4. KO3. The order would change if you aren't doing any offroading at all, with the K03 moving to the front. I just don't like it for offroad. For 50/50 use (out of those specific tires identified), I would probably put the KM3 up front, only because the Trail Grapplers are so heavy. Good luck with your decision.

What rock sliders do you have? I’ve been looking all over for that style. I have that same style on my JKUR.
