I appreciate the information but I do not see necessary parts to completely remove both high and low egr coolers with associated piping. Maybe I've missed something?

I added some info in another post but this may help someone. I removed both high and low egr coolers. Purchased a 2nd gen egr delete kit (cheapest I could find on internet), 2- 3/8" to 5/8" barbed radiator hose connectors/ hose clamps (Summit Racing) , need about 12" 5/8" radiator hose(Summit Racing), assortment of small rubber radiator piping caps (AutoZone) Need to remove things to get to the coolers. Need to lay on top of engine to get to the one on the backside. other is accessible from the top/bottom and through passenger side fender. On the back side you need to connect the 3/8 turbo coolant lines to the 5/8" lines, Install blank off plate. Also made a little "L" bracket to hold intake piping in place. On the other cooler the bracket/blank off plate is slightly different. This was cut and welded to make work, pretty simple. added another bracket to hold pressure sensor ridged. Removed rubber 90 and capped. Capped the vacuum line that fed the egr actuator. Install blank off plates from kit. I didn't document a lot or take many pictures. You'll have to remove exhaust to get to egr piping to remove it from back of engine. Probably 8 to 10 hours over a few evenings and maybe $100 or so in it.

Any chance you have some better pictures of the low pressure side removed with the coolant lines. Bit confused how the reducer is addressing 4 separate coolant lines that go into the low pressure cooler. Looking to use a second gen kit and go this route.

There are supply and return lines(5/8") that go to the cooler... they also feed the turbo but use the cooler as a "tee". So one of the 5/8 lines is long enough to put a reducing coupling and connect to turbo and the other you need to make the 5/8 line longer then connect to turbo. These are all in have at the moment. I can get better later

Thank for a few extra picture. The big help was the one showing your routing on the rear of the drivers head. Does the hose on the 2nd gen kit get used? I was looking at the no eco kit because I like the finish on his block off plates. Just trying to get and idea an idea on the differences between generations.

I did not use the hose, but the straight section may be long enough to extend what you need to. I chose to use this instead. Also, I looked at the no eco kit and it's nice. But it's under the hood. Which was my thoughts on just the 409 exhaust... its under the truck. So at half the cost or less. I remove both egr cooler for like $100.

I see, I’ll be honest, I don’t have the tools at hand to cut a block off for the low pressure side. That is the only reason why I was looking at the no eco plate kit. I also like the idea of removing the metal and rubber coolant line that feeds the high pressure egr cooler from the block. No eco kit just has a tear drop so I may still go that route.
