Looking for a good dealership in northern va for service. Any recommendations? Recently experienced terrible service at Dulles dodge and would never recommend them.

Just my experiences, but:

The Koons parts department was really good, but I never their service group because their sales people played a bunch of games when I ordered my truck.

Farris’s service department was really bad and lied to me. Then argued with me when I called them on it.

Umansky did a solid job recently performing a no questions asked warranty job with a quick turn around.

For the most part I’ve avoided dealerships in the area because of the Farris/Koons experience.

Doesn’t help with Stellantis stuff, but Reynolds of Orange is a really good dealership so far.

I guess I’m not the only person then that’s had Terrible luck at the local dealerships. Dulles dodge and Marlow dodge in front royal are by far the worse I’ve tried. I’ve used safford warrenton and they weren’t too bad but very slow. Safford Winchester always busy and slow as well. I used Farrish about 3 years ago when I bought a new charger from them and had bad experience with them because they scratched my rims doing rotation. I was hoping Tyson’s would be good, I guess I’ll skip them. Maybe I’ll try fair oaks dodge. Reynolds’s and umansky look to far for me

Ya, it kinda sucks how bad service is around here. I do enjoy doing my own work, but often wouldn’t mind a little help with time at a premium between family and work. I’ve even struggled to find mechanics that I trust :/

Just not worth it to spend $100-$300 for a minor service when there is a high likelihood of things being done wrong.

I ran all the way down to Staunton (CMA) to pick up my JTR. I’d flush a day of leave and go down there for service before I’d let any of the local dealers touch it.

I ran down there one Saturday for a parts install. The service folks were good to deal with. There’s a Quaker Steak and Lube ~15 min down the road too. Hit that for lunch after they wrapped-up.:)

They are the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t want to do warranty work. Service advisor ladies are rude and the service manager lady is a monster! I would steer clear of here for service. They wouldn’t honor my warranty or look at my jeep because I changed my own oil.
