I've been dealing with this for about a year now. I've tried everything from driving like Earnhardt, to old man mode, to letting it sit for days and I have yet to "make" it smoke. It just does it at very random times and conditions. It seems to be worse now that the temps are getting warmer here in NJ. I didn't notice it very much over the winter but that doesn't mean it wasn't happening. About a week ago I got another one of those rare, large clouds in the middle of a very large crowded parking lot. Embarrassing to say the least. That is why it's going back to the dealer.
As far as my video goes, on my post I clicked on "attach files", chose my camera app, chose my video and downloaded it. My video is only 17 seconds so maybe yours is too long?

Mine is garaged and did that once in a while when it sat for a couple days. One small puff and then gone when (first starting for the day only ). The only way you would noticed it was to remote start and stand behind the tail pipe usually when colder out and in my heated garage with door open. Didn’t notice all summer then about a month ago startEd doing ing it again now it’s stopped again. I think it’s a poor pcv system and maybe alittle condensation. Like I said it’s really a small puff bluish and only noticeable when you stand behind exhaust pipe and remote start. I’m at 11,300 miles and did first oil change at 3500. Second oil change at 8500 miles. I have ran it hard and easy doesn’t make a difference and only does it when it wants, sometimes not for months ? It also has never used any oil that is noticeble. Runs great !! condensation ? ??

I definitely have oil smoke at startup. You can smell it, it's blue tinted, and now, multiple mechanics have confirmed it. My biggest concern is carbon buildup on the pistons. I plan on keeping my Jeep for a long time and don't need any of the problems that come with oil burning this early in my Jeep's life, even if it is only a puff here and there. I'll be making an appointment with my dealer within the next few days so hopefully I'll get some answers this time.

There is a TSB bulletin for Jeep for carbon build up which causes pinging. Mine never had an oil smell and was really small. Good Luck !!

Please keep us in the loop on how this turns out. I had to hire an attorney and send a letter to the dealership and FCA. Stlantis created a case and assured me nothing was wrong with my vehicle. I had a 2020 Gladiatior that didn't smoke, so i guess there was indeed somthing wrong with it.

Update: I Took my Gladiator into my dealer service dept a year ago but only had the smoke at startup issue so the tech ran an oil consumption test (negative result) and sent me on my way. Fast forward to yesterday. After reading TSB 09-012-22, thanks again @JW Jeep, I remembered that recently, my Gladiator had been pinging intermittently when hard accelerating, but I passed it off as poor quality gas and just switched gas stations. The pinging was very light and inconsistent and only on hard acceleration. It hadn't happened in a few weeks so I didn't give it a second thought until I read the TSB. I have also recently been having a slightly rough idol, but again, only very infrequently, barely noticeable, and nothing that was bad enough to throw a check engine light. Again, passed it off as poor quality gas...not. I took my Gladiator to my dealership service dept yesterday, explained everything, and mentioned the TSB. They downloaded all of my videos of it smoking at startup to their computer system and my service advisor and a level 3 mechanic went over all of the issues with me. They checked it out this am and called to tell me that my PCV was malfunctioning and I qualify for repairs under the TSB. They also mentioned letting Mopar know about the additional symptom not mentioned in the TSB of smoking at startup...not sure how far that will go. I also asked the mechanic if he could please let me know the condition of the internal engine components so that I can post here how bad my engine was getting with this issue at 17500 miles. Now I'm just praying that everything goes back together properly and that I don't have any new issues resulting from the work itself. Not a fan of unsealing a factory engine but here we go. I will post any updates on the dammage, if any, to the engine. I hope this helps someone.

May well be resolved with pcv and upper cylinder cleaner run through it. That's low miles for my h worse.

That would be great. I really hope they take a look with a scope before tearing into it.

Thanks so much for sharing. I'am like you, afraid that more issues will arise from the repair. But at least your dealership ackowledges that there is an issue. Let us know how it goes and how long it takes to get the work done. Thanks again.
