This for sure. As soon as you start talking about 4 link systems it is a whole different world, but it's also a whole different price point.
Generally speaking 4 link kits have been super expensive compared to short arm systems, but that's what's amazing about the gladiator kits. Our lowers are plenty long enough to get a bunch of flex even with stock bushings. If you price out just aftermarket control arms and a quality adjustable track bar for the rear you're real close to the $600 for the truss and upper arms that come in the 4 link kit. Assuming you're competent enough to drill and tap the 2 bolts in the top of the axle it's no more difficult to install than any other lift. In 30+ years of modding Jeeps is the best bang for under $1k upgrade I've ever done.

Experience is not much. Bought a 2007 Jk unlimited rubi back in 2008. At that time Rubicon express was the lift to get. Over the yrs added tie rod, ball joints, upgraded brakes, bumpers and Winch. Live in MD so hit George washington national forest and Rausch Creek a few times, plus played in the snow (when it snowed). Plan is to get out more…..
