This may be a silly question, but if you have passengers that prefer not to use them, do they angle out too far where people are hitting their legs when they step directly into the truck or if they are stepping or sliding out?
Others may chine in on their own experience. But we 100% designed these to not do that. We spent a good amount of time and multiple revisions to achieve a step that was there for when you want it and virtually non-existent if you don't want to use it. The entire design from the ground up is to be both the most functional step, but also not be in the way at all, whatsoever, if you don't want to use it entering or exiting. There is not another add-on step that is as low profile.

It's not a silly question at all, it was a major pillar of our concept. I have found you some pictures of our first road tester on Sarge.

This is not the production version, as the edges are not rounded, the clamps are not as rounded, it does not have the stamped logo. We kept it a bit blockier than the final version just as a tester, but the dimensions are the same.

We were testing exactly what you are asking. The team member is 5' 1"

The final production version hangs down a bit less to not exceed the lower hanging frame pieces for better clearance.

My wife is 5’5” and doesn’t use the passenger side step getting in or out. I’m 6’3” and don’t use it getting in but I do use it getting out.

We are looking at about 30 pairs by next week and about another 100 by mid April.
A few hundred more by late May.

demand has been exceptionally strong and they are moving about as fast as we can make them.

We sincerely appreciate everyone’s support, purchases and patience. We are pumping them out as soon as humanly possible.

We just finished about 30 sets and some are still available for those who were waiting. More in production and we should have a nice surplus by the end of next month! 👍

I just ordered a second pair for the rear, although this wild child climbs in without help, it might keep her from jumping out of the backseat like a paratrooper, which is what she does now.

Pic is from wife's Outback.

I finally got mine installed today. Install process is easy but takes some time to get everything lined up correctly. It's nice that they provide plenty of spares of the mounting hardware. I had one or two bolts with some imperfections that prevented me from getting the hex key in them to tighten them. Otherwise, everything else was amazing. I was surprised how stout the steps feel. Time will tell with removing them and re-installing them when off-roading. Hopefully the bolts hold up from frequent removal.

The most important thing was that it made it a LOT easier for my daughter to get up into the Jeep. It also helps that they look great, too. I'm excited to finally get these on so when I do eventually step up to larger tires and maybe a lift, it will already be setup for my family to get in and out easier.

I like the fronts enough that I installed the rears today so the whippersnapper granddaughter can more easily get in and out.

Cross Terrain Steps Back In Stock

https://nxtgenautomotive.com/xterrain-steps-for-wrangler-gladiator-factory-rock-slider-rails

Hi Fellow Jeepers,

We very sincerely appreciate the tremendous support we have had for our Cross Terrain Steps and handles. We are producing them as fast as possible and they are flying off the shelves as fast as we make them.

Right now we have about 50 sets that just were packaged today.

Over 100 more should be finishing later in the month and another 100 early July.

We know many of you have been waiting so grab them while they are there and please keep an eye out if you miss this stock, we will be constantly pumping them out throughout the summer.
