Its always seemed defense CONTRACTS first and defense second. Not much money in the A10. Eisenhower warned about the military-industrial complex. Its self-serving and promotes the assumption more money == better defense.
Meanwhile our Asian friends are laser focused on effective systems. Gentlemen we are in a heap of trouble.
