I always wanted to steal a cruiser. They walk away and leave them running all the time. Don’t even have to go far, just park it around back.

Like in the movie "Porky's". I always wanted to wrap a chain around the rear axle and the other end of the chain around a big tree with about 100ft of slack in the chain. Then go screaming past him at over a 100 mph. Either that axle is coming out, or that officer is putting his head in the windshield.
