I'd like to personally thank whoever decided to run water lines directly below the drain pipe in my one bathroom. Only about 17 trips to lowes and I finally found a solution.
Left side of the vanity, pretty normal:

Right side, required a little ingenuity:

Install the new vanity, she said. It'll be easy, she said.

The original in wall plumbing was set up for a pedestal. That is way the water is below the drain. They could have spaced them out a little more for a nicer finished product. The pedestal leg would have covered all of that. Us plumbers are like doctors, we bury our mistakes.
