I was on that shit for a while because of my diabetes. The shit not good. You lose the fat.........plus muscle. Which is not good.
That is exactly what I think every time I see a neighbor of mine who went way too far with it. When my wife ( who is 5'1" and barely weighs 115 ) said she needed it, I said absolutely not! I don't want to be married to a flat 2x4! LOL

I'm 6'2", was 225 lbs when I started on it. When I got off of it. I was 201 lbs and felt terrible. I was skin wrapped around a skeleton. I feel better at 209 lbs now. Trying to build some muscle back up.
