Don't laugh. I picked the carpet to match my 2 golden retrievers.
Ha, reminds me of a time when my Dad had me ride in the trunk of our Cordoba to hold onto the lawnmower so it wouldn’t fall out. Funny sitting at stop lights looking at the folks behind us.
Gotta love life in that era, where the mower is of my value than your child! Inquiring minds want to know... did your Cordoba have the famous Rich Corinthian Leather?Ha, reminds me of a time when my Dad had me ride in the trunk of our Cordoba to hold onto the lawnmower so it wouldn’t fall out. It did but it didn’t look like that. It was flatter and had two metal belt buckles on the lowers right where the back of your knee would rest. So in summer naturally these metal buckles would get hotter than hell when you parked in the sun and they’d burn you when you got in. Ha, good times.Gotta love life in that era, where the mower is of my value than your child! Inquiring minds want to know... did your Cordoba have the famous Rich Corinthian Leather?

The second I read "Metal buckles" the first thought was 'hotter then the sun' I will never forget those! It did but it didn’t look like that. My brother had one that was blue with a white vinyl top and white interior. The engine was a 400 lean burn. The computer was on the air cleaner.Gotta love life in that era, where the mower is of my value than your child! I don't know if you guys ever saw the backstory on Chrysler during the 80s but "Fine Corinthian Leather" was a marketing gimmick. There was no such thing as Corithian leather but the way Ricardo Montalban said it, they used it.Gotta love life in that era, where the mower is of my value than your child! Ha, the good ole days like when you could ride in the back of a pickup without having the cops called on you.I don't know if you guys ever saw the backstory on Chrysler during the 80s but "Fine Corinthian Leather" was a marketing gimmick. Also, the "John" above was me holding a real Christmas tree in the back of my Mom's 1977 280Z (with the hatch open). You could shove a Christmas tree head first into the hatch and fit a small boy to wrangle it. Ha.
