I'll also posit that more of the dealers are fairly level headed when it comes to service and warranty but the bad ones get all the press. I expected a bit of a hassle for my RMS leak given how many horror stories I read about dealers demanding deposits or voiding warranties for dirt. Instead I got it fixed in a day with out even a second glance other than to admire my lift and tires

I found a good dealer that does a great job in the service dept. I guess they are not all that way unfortunately.

Best apple pies are made with Pippins, the trick is to break the pieces up with a fork rather than slice them. More surface area is key. I use peaches in light syrup for the base of the sauce, adds a bit of sweetness that compliments the tartness of the Pippins. And 87 octane of course. Because this is the last apple pie I'll ever own.

Growing up my grand father would make a pear pie with fruit from one of our trees. It was absolutely the best pie i have ever had

He planted a new fruit tree for every grand child and would always make us stuff from them. Eventually the trees stopped fruiting so the pies have stopped. But its still a pleasant memory

Pear pie is by far the best. A couple years ago I found a pear tree on what I thought was abandoned property. There’s an old dilapidated house there with a pear tree that has the best pears I’ve ever tasted.

Turns out the guy who lives across the road from the property watches that tree like a hawk and calls the cops whenever anybody goes near it. I’m gonna have to figure out to pick pears in the dark…
